SHIPPING POLICY

Most of my items are ready to ship items. Customized items can take anywhere from 3 business days to a week. Most items ship first class unless you would like to upgrade shipping. Due to the pandemic, shipping times may vary. Once the item is accepted at the post office, it is out of my hands. It is up to the post office to deliver it to you on time.

Return & Exchange Policy

I gladly accept returns and exchanges:

Contact me within: 5 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
